An Infamous Tale Told Again
Stomp, Stomp
The Horseman rides
The ignorant man strides
Clomp, Clomp
Laughter fills the wood
People wonder who could
Walk, Walk
Greetings exchanged on the next day
Acts as if nothing changed
If only they'd known
That man's head . . . is not his own.
Fate
Life is bliss
Always peace and happiness
Floating with others
Flying on air like open shudders
Orders come through
Time for the flight crew
Beaten in battle
Slaughtered like cattle
Infinite darkness and pain
All fallen like rain

Falling in everlasting darkness. Is this dream or reality, life or death, am I sane or have I lost my mind? Standing in the darkness shapes coming into focus.
Faces I see walking all around me, all people I know. People have known and loved, friends and family. All walking around me like I don't exist. Falling again.
Does no one miss me? Does no one wonder where I've gone? Isn't there something missing in your lives? Has everyone forgotten? . .
Why don't you see me? I shout at all of them. Didn't I mean anything to any of you?
That's when I see her. Do you see me? I asked her. Did I do something to make you angry? If I did please fo
NOISE
The flooding lights blinding
The audience voices converging
The first strums stinging
Feels as if my ears are Hemorrhaging
The roar of the first line of the song
One long endless stream of noise
I wonder how this breath will go so long
People always ask why, as if there's no choice
Why do I do this?
Why do any of us do it?
Is it for the bliss?
Is it for the fancy food eat?
NO
It's for the Insane Rush
For the fans feeling the Rush
The sound we crush
The audience they push
Endless Noise
A symphony on deaf ears

Swinging back and forth
Future coming from the north

Knowledge coming from the mouth
Past running from the south

The moon frets
As the sun sets

The day is over
Time to cover

TRUTH
If I were a tree I would stand an oak
Strong and firm
If I were a flower I would be a rose
Loved and fragrant
If I were a bird I would be the eagle
Proud and majestic
If I were seventy-five I would look back
Memorable and happy
All is as a mirror's reflection
There are no such 'If's
In truth if I were a tree I would be the willow
Wrong and mute
In truth if I were a flower I would be a Rafflesia
Loathed and wearing a lie
In truth if I were a bird I would be a crow
Loud and Dimwitted
If I were Seventy-five I would be resting
Remembered and unmissed
Light is good
Dark is evil
Who has decided on these laws?
In truth
RAIN
Falling like the stars from the sky
As if the water is the angels tears
Lit by lightning flashes, they cry
Everyone running in their fears
You and me running through the rain
The flashes illuminating our dance floor
We dance the night away shunning all pain
The thunder giving us music shaking to the core
You laugh as we slide on the slick pavement
Your smile brighter than the Lightning's flash
The moon shows her face that of a crescent
As we embrace each other the heavens crash
The angels cry at our happiness
I take your face to caress
We let the rain fall
Ignoring every ones call
Ignoring even fates call.
Midnight
Angel
Dancing like an angel
Moving through the twilight
Hands moving as if painting
Moving like the hands at midnight
Watching her flow
Dancing so perfectly
Dancing to silent music
Her own symphony
Glowing face without a care
Stepping flawlessly
Even the roses stare
Silently and enviously
The angel is hailed
She is forced to retire
Looking from her window waiting
Until the hour is higher
Dance oh Midnight Angel
Dance
Prologue
In the lone cell a single prisoner sat on the floor, ankles shackled to the floor, wrists behind his back; he sat there and continued to count the blocks on his cells ceiling, muttering about not having windows.
Right as he was counting the eighty-seventh block the prisoner felt the temperature drop. "Tonight is the night, are you still in?" A chilling voice inquired. "You found a body?" the prisoner asked, not frightened by the sudden voice, he knew it belonged to one who'd already passed. "Yeah, right under your nose." The voice replied, "Literally! The cell right under you! Been dead for a few years now."
"All right" th
Prologue:
Another night it might have been different, but no, it was that night; the night that made it all go out of control. Whose? I don't know, Mine, His, Fate's!? I don't know that much, but what I do know is that was the last day I remember happiness and sanity.
It was a good day. I came home from school and made us, my sister and me, a simple dinner. We played board games like we used to and watched TV for a while until there came a wrapping and HE came in. My sister sent me off to bed; it would be last thing she ever said to me.
Later that night I heard a strange noise and got up to investigate. When I got closer to my siste
